Neil is President of Granite Insurance Agency and has been in the insurance industry since 1980. In 1984, Neil was awarded the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and in 2002, he was awarded the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation. Over 100 hours of classroom training and passing 5 rigorous examinations are part of the requirements of each of these designations. He is a 1992 graduate of the Appalachian State University?s Insurance Executive Program and recipient of several Presidential Citations from Independent Insurance Agents of NC. He currently serves as Past President for the Independent Insurance Agents of NC. He is a Board Member for Sawmills Volunteer Fire Department whom he served for 25 years as an active volunteer fireman holding several positions within the fire department. He is a past Board Member for the Caldwell County Chamber of Commerce and a Deacon at his church.

Lou Anne is Vice President and Office Manager of Granite Insurance Agency and has been in the insurance industry since 1991. She was awarded Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 1997 after completing five courses and five exams.

Tony is a Commercial Account Executive and has been in the insurance industry since 1993. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in both Insurance and Finance. He specializes in working with business clients on their commercial insurance needs. He was awarded the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2008. To attain this designation five courses must be completed and five extensive examinations passed. Tony also obtained the Certified Builders Insurance Agent (CBIA) designation in 2005. Tony is a Life & Health agent and has the Life Underwriters Training Counsel Fellow (LUTCF) designation. He is a Deacon at his church.

Warren is a Life and Health Account Executive and has been in the insurance industry since 1987. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Management and a Minor in Marketing. He concentrates on life, health, and financial planning for our clients. He received his Life Underwriters Training Counsel Fellow (LUTCF) designation in 2006. He is a also a Property & Casualty Agent.

Kim is a Personal Lines Agent and has been in the insurance industry since 1988. She received the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2001 after completing five courses and passing five exams

Jill is Receptionist/Personal Lines Agent and has been in the insurance industry since 2000. She received her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2004 after passing five courses and five exams.
