Alison McCaslin joined the agency in May of 2022 and now works as a Business Insurance Account Manager. In Alison’s previous roles she gained abundant customer service and communication skills that will be key in providing the best services for her clients. She is very passionate about her customer relationships, providing practical solutions, and helping clients succeed in their business.  

Alison was born and raised in Indiana but has lived in the North Carolina for the past 7 years. She has 3 siblings and 3 nephews, living in 3 different states (not NC). While growing up in a small rural community, she enjoyed 4H, playing basketball and tennis. She earned an associate degree along with her high school diploma! Alison’s first job gave her the opportunity of planting crops for a large farm and has many years’ experience farming and making hay.

Alison loves everything outdoors including hiking, kayaking, hunting, especially riding, training, and competing with horses. She has had an up-close personal relationship with horses since she could walk. Alison loves to go to the mountains any chance she gets and enjoys trying out new local restaurants. She also enjoys being creative in planning events for friends and family, as well as trying new recipes in the kitchen!
