John Hendrix joined Granite Insurance as a Business Risk Consultant in February 2026. Growing up around the construction industry, John developed an appreciation for hard work and entrepreneurship at an early age. Early in his career, he spent several years working in construction before transitioning into the furniture industry, where he worked as a field technician and later in marketing and design. His passion for building relationships and helping people solve problems eventually led him into sales, where he spent several years as a Territory Sales Manager before joining Granite Insurance.

At Granite Insurance, John specializes in working with ATV, UTV, snowmobile, and adventure-based operators. Having grown up in the mountains and foothills of North Carolina, he developed a love for the outdoors and off-road recreation at an early age. In fact, long before he had a driver’s license, a four-wheeler was his primary mode of transportation to some of his first jobs. Today, that background gives him a unique appreciation for the businesses and operators he serves.

John lives in Lenoir, NC, with his wife, Kodi, and their three children, Griffin, Elliott, and Anderson. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, being active in his church community, playing golf, working out, and tackling woodworking and home improvement projects. Whether at work or at home, John enjoys learning new skills, solving problems, and finding ways to continually improve.
