Madison Clark joined Granite Insurance in April 2026 as a Business Risk Consultant specializing in the YMCA industry. She brings a strong background in sales and service-focused industries, with a consistent track record of top performance and a passion for helping organizations and individuals achieve their goals.

Her connection to the YMCA is both professional and personal. Madison’s first job was at her local YMCA, and the organization has been a part of her family for generations. Her mother, siblings, and other family members have all worked for the YMCA, giving her a deep appreciation for the impact the Y has on individuals, families, and communities.

Madison graduated from Appalachian State University in 2016 with a degree in Finance and Banking.

Outside of work, Madison stays busy with her two toddlers, Asher and Amelia, who love spending time outdoors. She enjoys being on the water with her husband, Ethan, and their children—whether that’s fishing, boating, or simply relaxing together. One of her favorite hobbies is making homemade bread and biscuits from scratch.
