After completing an internship with Granite Insurance in 2024, Quint Solomon officially joined the Granite team in August 2025 following his graduation from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. While his academic background was initially rooted in international business, Quint discovered a strong passion for the insurance industry and the meaningful role it plays in supporting businesses and individuals.

Quint thrives on connecting with others and values building strong relationships through thoughtful conversation and genuine engagement. His people-first mindset and enthusiasm for collaboration align closely with Granite Insurance’s commitment to empowering clients and teammates alike.

Born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Quint is proud to call the area home and has no plans to leave anytime soon. He enjoys experiencing all four seasons and staying connected to the community that shaped him.

Outside of work, Quint enjoys reading, traveling, golfing, and playing pool, but his favorite way to spend time is with friends and family.
