Coverage to keep you out on the water.
River outfitter insurance to keep the thrills coming.
Granite Insurance works with all types of river outfitters, including those who offer whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, tubing, and SUPing.
We serve our outfitter community through a heavy emphasis on industry-specific insurance education, empowering our clients to make informed business decisions regarding their insurance and risk management programs. We break complicated topics down into digestible language, diminishing the veil of understanding that typically surrounds the topic of insurance. We have former adventure operators on our team who can understand first-hand what it’s like to be in your shoes!
What does our process look like?
We’ll start with a conversation to understand your needs, followed by an analysis of your current insurance program. We’ll share our analysis with you, discussing any coverage gaps we are seeing and ways we believe we can improve your program from the perspectives of coverage, price, and service. We’ll then propose a path forward together that addresses your business’ unique needs! While you and another outfitter might both have a “General Liability policy”, each policy is built differently and has coverage additions or exclusions in the fine print that need to be tailored to you. The same is true with each insurance policy type your operation may need to have in place!
Where do we serve outfitters?
All over the USA! We have been a nationwide leader in the commercial adventure & entertainment realm since 2013, with clients in all 50 US states and our headquarters located in NC.
