Alex Griffa joined the Granite Insurance team in June 2025 as an Associate Account Manager. A graduate of Appalachian State University, she earned her BSBA in Finance and Banking in May 2025. While at App State, Alex conducted a research paper on ethics in the financial field — an experience that deepened her commitment to keeping corporate social responsibility at the heart of her work.
Originally from Cary, North Carolina, Alex recently relocated to Hickory to pursue new opportunities and begin her career with Granite. She brings a thoughtful, values-driven approach to client service and is excited to help make a difference in the lives of those she supports.
When she’s not in the office, Alex enjoys exploring the outdoors on a good hike, working on crochet projects, and spending quality time with friends.
