Chelsey joined Granite Insurance as an Account Executive in October 2026, bringing more than 20 years of insurance industry experience. She began her insurance career at just 14, spending her after-school hours at the agency where her mom worked. She fell in love with insurance and has never looked back. Chelsey earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2019 and is committed to ongoing education, ensuring her clients always receive current, thoughtful guidance. Chelsey takes pride in being someone her clients can count on, explaining coverage clearly, responding quickly, and providing personalized service.

Chelsey and her husband, Rick, have been married since 2013 and live in Lenoir, NC, with their Labrador, Emma, and two cats, Poppy and Rye. Originally from Ohio, Chelsey spent 18 years in Florida before relocating to North Carolina in 2020. Outside of work, you’ll find her tending to her plants both indoors and out, curled up with a good book, or cooking for family and friends.
